Triumph Taekwon-Do offers classes for students age 7 and up.  We have a very good mix of male and female, children, youths, teens and adults. So when it's time to train with a partner, you will always be able to find someone like yourself to work with. 

There are classes for 3 different experience levels (beginner/intermmiediate, advanced, Black Belt) so you will always be working with people at approximately the same level of skill.

The focus is on learning real martial arts skills, confidence, focus and respect for yourself and others.  The value and success brought by hard work is demonstrated and encouraged by our instructors.

At Triumph Taekwon-Do, family is especially important to us. That’s why our program allows family members aged 7 and up to train side by side. This provides your family with:

You don’t have to have a family member with you to train.  There are many youths and adults training on their own so you will always find someone you can work with as a partner.

Every student, no matter what age, will progress at their own pace and capability with our Instructors guiding them in a step-by-step fashion with patience and enthusiasm. You will find that Taekwon-Do students are among the most friendly, motivated and cooperative people you’ll ever meet. The positive and friendly attitude in our school will be another motivator for you to come to class regularly.

Members train twice per week in classes every Monday and Thursday as follows:

1. Beginners and Intermediate Coloured Belts:  6:15 - 7:15pm
2. Advanced Coloured Belts:  7:15 - 8:15pm
3. Black Belts:   8:15 - 9:15pm
